Description

The design of the rear shock absorber of the road version is based on heat-resistant oil seal, high stability, and not easy to cause heat exhaustion. The dedicated damping grease can match up to 6 different coefficients. Forged upper seat, full CNC processing and hairline treatment, the surface not only undergoes special hardening treatment, but also has super rigidity, the movement is smoother, and the hard-sun treated barrel is more durable.

The design of oil and gas mixing makes the parts less, the cost is lower, the internal parts are less and the running resistance is reduced, so that the actuation stroke is longer, the piston is more soft and smooth when it is actuated, and the oil seal has the characteristics of heat resistance, compression resistance and wear resistance.

There are 24 adjustable damping ranges on the extension side, a variety of spring settings and damping air pressure settings, and can be customized according to customers’ weight and needs.

Although the colors are not dazzling, black, red, gold, and blue can meet most of the needs. Functionality, quality and service have always been our most important considerations. The flat price and fast service are also our advantages.

International Shipping Policies

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter.
• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
• International Orders may require 7-15 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
• Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the Taiwan we can ship any product to your hotel.

Returns / Exchanges

• Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
• International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
• Any items having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Badpanda upon delivery will be rejected.
• All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.

Warranty

• For warranty claims please contact Badpanda Customer Service. While Badpanda will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the Taiwan for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

• If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
• Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Damaged Items

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
