To our valued customer: At Badpanda, we aim to please in our state of the art service department. Our factory trained technicians are also riders. They take pride in their work and care for your motorcycle or scooter like it was their own. We are also a factory authorized warranty claim center.

At Badpanda, we believe that our relationship doesn’t end when you buy our products. In fact it’s just the beginning. This has been instrumental in helping us design our after sales service network. We provide accessories repairs in Taiwan, and stock parts in our dedicated warehouse and retail shop for every accessories we sell to make sure your Go-works experience is long-lasting.

Badpanda is a full service motorcycle and scooter accessories super center. Our full service center features state of the art facilities and factory certified technicians. Our mechanics and professionally trained engineers have years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all kinds of bike problems.

We supply and fit genuine parts where required and our workshop is fully equipped to deal with all mechanical problems no matter how big or small. Small problems can soon become bigger, more problematic and more expensive issues. We will carry out value for money and honest servicing.

Our on-line retail surveys only take a few minutes to complete and will ensure that your view is clear. Covering all areas of the buying and service experience, we want to know what you like and what we could do even better.

Our products perform best with regular maintenance and servicing and each model has a maintenance schedule designed to keep it operating at its optimum performance level. To comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty the vehicle must be serviced by an authorised our dealer in accordance with the servicing schedules detailed in your owner’s manual. A service log is provided in the Warranty Terms and Conditions and Service Record Booklet.

Please ensure your dealer stamps the relevant section whenever a service is carried out. We suggest you keep copies of any service or repair invoices in case the booklet is lost.

Any maintenance schedule would be incomplete without your own active participation in making the daily inspection as detailed in the owner’s manual. Regular cleaning is also essential, and should be undertaken as often as necessary, especially in winter, to help prevent damage or corrosion caused by road salt or other harmful deposits.

We are proud to offer any level of customization and performance work and pride ourselves on being able to make a bike as individual as its owner. Along with regular maintenance and customization, we also offer seasonal packages to make sure that your bike keeps running in top form.
